The now world famous Susan Boyle Video from Britain's Got Talent 2009 has become an online phenomenen. The video has also made Susan a TV interviewee sensation already having appeared on National TV interviews in the United States.

Susan Boyle comes from the arae in Scotland known as West Lothian. West Lothian District was created in 1975, comprising the county of The West Lothian; less the burghs of Bo'ness and South Queensferry and the Kirkliston area; it also included the East Calder and West Calder districts of the former county of Midlothian. Before the famous Susan Boyle Video no one outside the area had probably ever heard of it. The council's headquarters were originally in Bathgate, later moving to the new town of Livingston. The unitary authority created in 1996 used the same boundaries.

Teased by Bullies - Led Her To Sing

Susan Boyle has admitted in an interview with the Daily Mirror that being bullied as a child motivated her into reaching for stardom.

Susan Boyle was teased by the other children at school because she has learning difficulties due receiving insufficient oxygen when she was born. To escape the torment, she found comfort in singing with her beautiful voice.

However, Simon Cowell has been so impressed with her performance, he has already had talks with her about having a recording contract with his record label. Simon is perhaps thinking of another contestant, Paul Potts, who is now himself a millionaire and has sold millions of records across the world after winning the first series of Britain's Got Talent in 2007 and signing with Simon. Of course, our Susan is much better looking than Paul Potts.

It was Susan Boyle's late mum, Bridget, who suggested that Susan entered the contest. Sadly, Susan only plucked up sufficient courage to enter the competition after her mother's death, as she never believed that she was good enough.
